This request is available from the start and has no deadline, meaning you can complete it at your leisure. As always, I recommend accepting and activating the request before following the steps to completion just in case.
To complete this taks you’ll have to collect 12 distinct drinks from the vending machines all around town. You can collect most drinks normally but to get over the hump you’ll need to access some extra drinks.
To get those, purchase the URL from the shady dealer at Club Escapade and use the PC in the dorm to access the Iwatodai forums which will allow you to purchase out of stock items from the Port Island Station machine that always has no stock.
Once that is done you should be able to get all 12 different drinks, allowing you to return to Elizabeth to complete the request and get your reward.
