The Elizabeth Requests will task the player with carrying out all sorts of tasks throughout the Persona 3 Reload calendar. Persona 3 Reload Juzumaru Guide – Elizabeth Request 7
This request becomes available upon completion of Reqeust number 2 and unlike most other requests, doesn’t seem to need to be accepted before you can follow the necessary steps to complete it. But, you can accept it in advance just in case.
The specific item you’re looking for is available in Tartarus on floor 36, it is in a special treasure chest that requires twilight fragments to be opened. If you don’t have at least 3 on you, you won’t be able to open the chest so you next step will be finding some.
With the item in hand you can then bring it to Elizabeth and complete the task and get your reward.
