This quest is available from June 9 onward. As always, I would recommend accepting the task before trying to follow the steps to ensure the game provides you with the necessary prompts to complete the task.
After accepting the quest you will have to wait until Jack Frost dolls become available as prizes in the crane machine outside the arcade. You’ll have to play that game until you win not one, but three, Jack Frost dolls to satisfy Elizabeth’s request.
Once you get three dolls from the machine, bring them to Elizabeth to receive your reward and complete the request.
