Flynn has an extensive career in acting, voice acting, comedy, and music. He is known for voicing Raiden in the Metal Gear Solid series, Reno in Final Fantasy VII, Axel in Kingdom Hearts, and many other roles.

Outside of video games, Flynn has been cast in various anime roles including Iruka Umino in Naruto.
