Most Downloaded PlayStation Store Games Of 2020

2020 has come to a close but that doesn’t mean we’re done looking back at all of the interesting sales data from the year.  The latest data we are looking at is the most downloaded PlayStation Store games from 2020, this means we’re only looking at digital sales on PlayStation consoles in both the US/Canada and Europe.  Let’s dive into the data.

The Last Word On Gaming Viewpoint 

Given the sales charts that we have kept up with, it comes as no surprise to see the dominance of FIFA, Call Of Duty, and Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla in these charts.  Valhalla was of course the best launch in AC series history so a high placing would be expected.  Older games did stay competitive on the PS4 but even then the FIFA series and COD remained high in the rankings

With the news that there were 85 million players, it was expected that COD: Warzone would top the free to play charts even against huge competitors like Rocket League and Fortnite.  If there is anything proven by 2020 sales data it is that Call Of Duty is only going from strength to strength with interest in the series remaining incredibly high.
