Some players have had issues selling their refurbished houses so I’ll be troubleshooting a couple of ways to make sure the house you’re in is available to sell. First off:
- Change Office: To sell a property you have to make sure it is not set to be your current home office, you cannot sell your office at all so make sure to switch that to a different property
- Go to the Property: Another important thing is that to sell the property you have to travel there and be on the lot before you gain the option to sell it.
- Auction from Tablet: Through the tablet, assuming you have the previous two conditions met, you should be able to select an option to auction off the house via the tablet. This won’t actually auction off the house you’ll just be given an option of who to sell to, thus flipping the house and getting it off your hands.
