The Pokemon GO Twilight Trails season is on the horizon. A 24-second-long teaser gives the community a glimpse of what’s coming next season.

We are currently in the Forever Forward season in Pokemon GO, where we are enjoying a lot of Stardust bonuses and other offerings from PokémonXP and the 2026 World Championships Celebration.

Scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, September 5 and 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, the Pokemon GO Fest Finale 2026, is the last big feature of the Forever Forward season before it ends on 8th September 2026.

From 8th September 2026 to 1st December 2026, the newly announced Pokemon GO Twilight Trails has quite a bit in store for trainers, focusing on Mega Pokemon, Dynamax Pokemon, special Paldean debuts, and so much more.

Mega Staraptor and Mega Chandelure Debuts in Pokemon GO

Speaking of debuts, in a 24-second-long teaser shared by Pokemon GO across their social channels, we can see the silhouettes of Mega Staraptor and Mega Chandelure.

While both Litwick and Starly had their community days, their Mega forms haven’t been introduced by Pokemon GO before. Naturally, their debut will be a massive feature of the Pokemon GO Twilight Trails season.

As of now, we do not yet know any details of how these two Mega Pokemon will be introduced to us. While we are in the conversation about debuts, both Maschiff and Mabosstiff are coming into the game in the new season.

Dynamax Azelf, Dynamax Mesprit, and Dynamax Uxie will be appearing in Max Battle Day. Power Spots will also see the introduction of Sizzlipede, Sneasel, and Rhyhorn.

In addition to these debuts, we will see the return of Umbreon with Lunar Scarves and Espeon with Solar Scarves. Now, the Pokemon GO Twilight Trails runs through October, when the Halloween Event takes place. So, we might get to see these two in raids during the Halloween celebrations. However, it is yet to be confirmed.
