F1 24 Imola Setup Walkthrough

Track Characteristics

The Italian track is one of the more intimidating obstacles in the F1 calendar. It has some rapid straights, tricky turns, and a double whammy near the end of each lap that has to be navigated.

Aerodynamics

As is kind of expected by now the aerodynamics remains within a very narrow region. The front wing can go up to 35, while the rear wing can go to 25.

Transmission

A return to the norm in some aspects with engine braking being ramped up to 100 again. On Throttle dif. can go to 40 while the Off throttle can go to 50. These settings should be perfect for this track’s tight chicane.

Suspension Geometry

As usual, lower camber angles are the way to go with -3.5 and -2.2 the recommended settings. The toe settings are changed a bit with the front at 0.25 and the rear at 0.3.

Suspension

The following Suspension settings are the best ones for this track:

  • Front Suspension: 40
  • Rear Suspension: 7
  • Front Anti-Roll Bar: 15
  • Rear Anti-Roll bar: 10
  • Front Ride Height: 25
  • Rear Ride Height: 55

Ride height is up from usual because of the raised curbs, this setting should reduce the likelihood of spinning out on some of these. The Anti-Roll bars are helpful when dealing with all of the corners on this track.

Braking

Brake Bias of 55 is old reliable and will see you through this race. Brake Pressure at 100.

Tyres

The front tyres on both sides can be set to 29.5. The rear on both sides can be 26.5. These settings will work for just about every race, there are some where tweaks can optimise the car but for this track the standard meta should be enough to get you a win.
