One of the more tedious ways to get some of the currency is to sell heaps of low-level easily attainable material to merchants or via the resource transfer. Stuff like grass can be easily hoarded and sold en masse.
Sticking to lower level regions will allow for easier farming as enemies will be easier to kill so you can gain materials quicker. You can also, on occasion, come across low level bandits who will provide some more copper coin.
Mining Jade can be a get rich quick scheme as these can be mined without much of a fight from NPCs but they do sell for a high amount.
Taming high end wild horses and selling them is a way to generate 5 figures with of gold per horse, this requires the ability to tame horses on the player’s end but it can prove to be a money maker.
