Roots of Pacha is an exploration-based life-sim set in the olden days. You are tasked with gathering resources, meeting the locals, farming, and much more. In this guide, I will be detailing how to get flint as it is an essential material to progressing through the game.

How to Get Flint in Roots of Pacha

In order to gain access to flint you must make your way through the games first totem. This can be accessed by going through the forest until you come to the cave accessed by speaking to the shiny Armadillo who teaches you how to break rocks.

The first totem is indicated by a massive Armadillo statue found within the cave. Offer the statue an offering of either a Pomegranate or a Pinecone to start the relatively easy challenge.

Once the challenge is completed and the first totem is satisfied a new area will open for you to explore that will contain rocks which, upon being broken, will provide the player with flint.

And that is all there is to it. To get flint in Roots of Pacha you have to pass the game’s first Totem and unlock the area containing flint-filled rocks. From there it’s a simple process of breaking as many rocks as you need to build up your flint count.
