Latest Marvel Rivals Update Brings New Skins and Hero Fixes

A new Marvel Rivals update will go live today, and players do not need to wait because there will be no server downtime while the update rolls out.

It hasn’t been long since Marvel Rivals introduced the Winter Soldier’s Summer Soldier, Star-Lord’s Star Swimmer, and Black Cat’s Coastal Cat skins that let players enjoy the summer vibes in the game.

Now, the latest update will bring some fresh costumes with the Marvel Rivals update on August 20. But the skins aren’t the only thing on the agenda today. In addition to the costumes, minor hero adjustments are also underway.

Announced officially at @MarvelRivals on X, there won’t be any maintenance break while the light, non-seasonal content drop arrives in the game.

Marvel Rivals Update: New Skin Bundles

There will be three new bundles live after the Marvel Rivals update on 20th August rolls out. Both the Cyclops – Elegant Eye Bundle and Phoenix – Viridian Vogue Bundle will be live from August 21st, 2026, 02:00:00 to September 18th, 2026, 02:00:00 (UTC).

At first glance, the Cyclops is rocking a stunning green and gold skin that gives off a festive look. The gold details and overall outfit give a classy and colorful look.

Phoenix’s Viridian Vogue is an elegant green costume that perfectly complements Cyclops’ look. The glamorous look of Phoenix in the costume makes it a must-have!

In addition to these two skin bundles, we will also have the Daredevil – Attorney at Law Bundle, which is available from August 21st, 2026, at 2:00:00 (UTC).

In a stunning red suit that is complemented by a white shirt and tie, Daredevil is ready to make judgments on the battlefield with authority and grace.

Marvel Rivals Update: All the Fixes

In the August 20 Marvel Rivals update, there are two hero fixes:

• Loki’s Twisted Team-Up: While using the Hela Team-Up ability, the lower-body animations of Lady Loki would contort. The bug is now fixed.

• Hela’s Zero-G Stall: There were reports that while casting Astral Flock after rising in Thoth’s Wrath zones on Wakanda maps, Hela would be frozen or paralyzed. The issue is now fixed.

This is everything that is coming when the Marvel Rivals update on 20th August rolls out. As mentioned earlier, you are not required to wait for a maintenance break, as there won’t be any.
