To start with, you have to make some necessary repairs. Start with making a cogwheel and then interact with the gears down in the mine and build to insert the cogwheel. This will enable you to pull the lever. Pulling the repaired lever unlocks some fresh paths of discovery with one route leading to the Hamster Home where you’ll find a dad hamster and a mom hamster, yes I’m serious.
The mother hamster is pregnant and there’s three different quests you can do to make her comfortable. First is replacing the warn out pillows with new ones, then it’s making a specific snack for her, with the last being to fix a pipe.
Now you’ll be able to send her a pickle and chocolate mix in exchange for any new hamsters you may need, which can be kept in the newly unlocked recipes for a hamster house (which is a nice way of calling it a hamster cage).
