Nightmare Kart Moon Shards Walkthrough
The boss at Level 11 will give you three clues regarding the location of the three shards. One is “Submerged where the dead lie”, another is “where the bush & Beasts intertwine” with the final one being “‘neath my watchful eye”.
Where the Dead Lie – Level 4
The earliest one of the three is back on Level 4 in the Angel Graveyard, the clue really should have tipped that one off. In the fight with Gregory complete the chase section and land in the enclosed arena.
In this arena, make your way to the top left corner to the left of the fog gates and drive over the shard with an open inventory spot. Use the item to collect it and proceed to your next task.
Bush & Beasts Intertwine – Level 6
This one is slightly hidden but isn’t too hard to find. When you’re dropped into the race go onto the dock with a boostpad, avoid the boostpad by staying to the left and drive off the dock onto the shore. The second shard is located on this shore next to a fence.
‘Neath my Watchful Eye – Level 11
As you may have gathered by the clue, the last shard is in the same level as the boss who tells you about them. Proceed as normal through the fight until Nicholas uses the first portal in the upper section of the tower.
Take a right at the portal and follow the path until it ends to find a moon shard.
