Palia Wares in Low Places Walkthrough
This quest will kick off by talking to Zeki. He will share that he doesn’t believe his general store is providing you with everything you need and says you should find some of his secret shop spots.
You’ll have to find a way to get to The Underground which is where his shop is located. You can find the entrance by going to the bottom of the Remembrance Garden where it meats Remembrance Beach, there will be a sewer grate that you can interact with acting as an entrance to The Underground.
After entering this spot, you’ll have to talk to Zeki again, this time in his secret store. The only problem is he may not be there yet, if he is at the tavern or his normal shop then he won’t be here so you may have to come back later in the night to see him.
