Cities Skylines 2 Mail Solution

Mail systems are one of the new mechanics added to the Cities: Skylines series for the recent second release. Despite being so new, it has proven to be a problem for some players who have reported it as bugged as trucks occasionally won’t take mail from the sorting office.

One solution that I can offer is for players with multiple Post Office. It is better to have one post office that is upgraded than to have two, it’s possible that removing extra offices and upgrading the only one remaining will get around this issue.

Another is for those who have yet to get a sorting office. You can have mailboxes and a postal office just fine to start with, but you will eventually need a sorting office to keep things ticking.

Last thing, have post boxes. You will need post boxes spread around your city for people to send and receive mail. That may seem obvious but you never know!

If neither of these solutions can solve your problem then you will just have to wait for the game’s update which will deal with the bug.
