How to Get Clay in Sengoku Dynasty

Clay can be collected with a pickaxe by identifying noticeable brown lumps in the ground and using the pickaxe to mine it. The best place to look for clay is along the riverbanks as this is usually where it spawns. You will also need a mix of stone and iron pickaxe to mine the different patches so have each one on hand.

One specific area that is rich in this material is Sosogi. You can access this spot after being tasked with building a bridge to Sosogi. After crossing the bridge you can go up a  hill until you see some construction going on nearby, at this construction site you will find a whole host of Clay to mine with your pickaxe.

Another spot to gather this resource is a village north of Sosogi which has a healthy population. Speaking to people in this village can often give you tasks where you can be rewarded with different materials. This is the only other notable place to find this essential material, otherwise you’ll have to scour the riverbanks and hope for good luck.
