This Sengoku Dynasty bucket guide is all about buckets, yes I know. The Steam title takes city-building and sends it all the way back to feudal Japan making for an interesting mix of mechanics and history. The bucket is an important item to have so I have put together this guide on how to make it and how to make use of it.

Making the Bucket
The process of actually making the bucket involves having the right items in place. You first need to make sure you have a Woodcutter’s Hut, but then you’ll have to make sure there is a Woodworking Station inside to have all the tools necessary to make a bucket. You will then need to gather 2x Log and 4x Plank to make the Woodworking station.
Once that’s been made you can use 2 planks to make buckets anytime you want from the woodworking station.
Using the Bucket
To actually make use of the bucket you’ll need to have a well to draw from. A Small Well is the first available well to construct and doesn’t require too much material. Gather 5x Stone, 1 Log and 4x Plank with a hammer equipped to build the well.
Once you have a well in place you can draw 5 water at a time using the bucket, which is a fairly slow way to proceed but it does work. The best option is to assign a villager to do the task for you. Putting buckets in the Dynasty Storage and assigning a worker to the well will ensure they continue to collect water for you.
