DREDGE has released and immediately flown up the charts as players everywhere take part in the fishing-adventure game that involves catching a number of different species. In this guide, I will take a look at how to find the Aurora Jellyfish in DREDGE.

This is done as part of the Research Assistant Pursuit which are tasks doled out by the researcher at the Old Fortress. This is a major element of DREDGE and one that’s causing some confusion among players.

Find Aurora Jellyfish in DREDGE

Before even setting out to catch the Aurora Jellyfish you have to make sure you’re prepared. You must obtain a Trawl Net from the Shipyard. The Trawl Net enables you to catch coastal creatures, so it’s an upgrade you should get anyway, but it is essential to this mission.

After acquiring the required net, head to the Stellar Basin region and await nightfall. Once the fog rolls in use the Trawl Net and sail around the Stellar Basin region while avoiding the centre. Upon collecting the jellyfish you will receive a notification that you’ve caught a new species. At this point, you can return your catch to the usual spot.
