Intrepid Knight Guide for Persona 3 Portable

Where and When

You come across this boss on Floor 59 in Tartarus and face just one knight. You should have some flexibility regarding your team by this point.

Level

This is a Level 26 boss with 1000 HP. It’s got fairly evenly distributed stats with none standing out above the rest.

Strengths and Weaknesses

This boss has no exploitable weaknesses to any element meaning it’ll need to be taken down patiently. It is strong against all three forms of physical attack, drains wind, and nulls light and dark attacks.

Tips

The game devs must hate Junpei as he is once again a liability against a Tartarus boss. Don’t waste your time and leave him out, his weakness to Garu will make him cannon fodder for this boss.

Yukari will be an important team member in this one. She is strong against wind and has the ability to heal members to keep the battle going, try and level her up as much as possible before this fight by keeping her in your team.

Beware of this enemy’s Hama attack, only the MC has the ability to resist light but they’re the most important character to keep alive, and even then you need the right persona/accessory to do so.

Tying into the last tip, enraging the boss is a good strategy if you have that ability. Once it casts Mind Change its Garu attacks will deal huge amounts of damage so keeping it enraged will prevent it from annihilating your team with elemental attacks
