After surviving the gruesome chaos of the smash rule on Day 3, S2G won the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026.
Despite Days 1 and 2 giving the PUBG Mobile fans an idea as to who the favorites are to win the competition this year, Day 3 changed the narrative for a lot of teams.
After Day 2 wrapped up, eARENA held the top spot in the table with 112 points. Behind the Thai team, Nongshim RedForce held the 2nd spot with 105 points, and Aurora Gaming held the 3rd spot with 104 points.
But on Day 3, everything changed. Between Rondo, Erangel, and Miramar, S2G came so close to winning the competition multiple times before being eliminated early by GodLike Esports in the last game.
But things turned around in their favor as they were the eventual winners, as NS, EA, and Aurora Gaming all failed to cross the tally that S2G put before going out early in the last round.

It was a thrilling Day 3 for all the teams in PMWC 2026. Top teams contended to win by the smash rule after game 2, while bottom teams shocked everyone by taking out the favorites in team fights early in the last few games.
But through all the chaos, S2G won the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026 with pure domination and consistency.
As the winner of PMWC 2026, S2G won $500,000 from the $1,700,000 prize pool. Moreover, they won 130 PMGC points and 1,000 club points.
Above all, they hoisted the prestigious Esports World Cup Foundation PMWC trophy in front of all the fans at the venue and those who tuned into the competition from home.
With PMWC 2026 wrapped up, teams will now prepare for the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2026. The competition starts on 1st November 2026 and ends on 1 December, 2026. The world will look forward to seeing all the champions across regions compete in Turkey this winter.
