- Gothenburg – Complete the Gothenburg Scenario
- Bankers Best Friend – Pay Back a Loan
- Santorini – Complete the Santorini Scenario
- Unique Character – Create a custom character using the Character Creator
- Funny Tummy – Have a guest vomit (happens in a bad hotel with a poor chef and no cleaning staff, you can tell cleaners not to clean the kitchen so it becomes more and more likely someone gets sick from the food)
- 5 Stars by the Eiffel Tower – Achieve 5 stars in Paris
- Paris – Complete the Paris Scenario
- Mopping Master – Have a staff member master the way of the mop
- Vacuum Master Have a staff member master the qay of the Vacuum
- Ghosts! – Have a ghost at your hotel (use extract youth option at Age Manipulator and kill an employee)
- St. Anton – Complete the St. Anton scenario
- Dangerous Game – Accept a Radioactive Waste Land Leasing Offer
- Breaking Sound Barriers – Have a staff member with 200% movement speed (give Sprinting Pro and Speedwalking at the training desk)
- Overqualified – Have a staff member learn 5 skills
- New York – Complete the New York Scenario
- 5 Stars by the Statue of Liberty – Achieve 5 stars in New York
- A Fabulous 5 stars – Achieve a Stars in las vegas
- Las Vegas – Complete the Las Vegas Scenario
- Freeze! – Have a guest freeze to ice (fail to put a heater in the rooms in St. Albon and a guest will eventually freeze)
- Meatballs and 5 stars – Achieve 5 Stars in Gothenburg
- Sunbathing in 5 Stars – Achieve 5 stars in Santorini
- 5 Stars at the Slopes – Achieve 5 Stars in St. Anton
- Ghostbuster! – Capture a Ghost (train someone as a ghostbuster)
- Pension Liability – Have a staff member reach retirement age
- Timeless Exchange – Use the Age Manipulator
- Pump N Dump – Sell a stock at a profit (business guests allow you to unlock a stock market, buy one and check back daily until it’s up)
- Impressive Art – Have an upper crust guest rate your art a 100% (buy an expensive painting that’s unlocked in Paris and place it in a room where an upper crust guest is staying)
- Welcome to Sandbox! – Get your first check-in in Sandbox Mode
- Cash Elite! – Have a bankroll of $1,337 (yes, this exact number, you can use the casino to put all your money in and then withdraw 1337)
- 5 stars by Big Ben – Achieve 5 stars in London
- London – Complete the London Scenario
- Doing It The Hard Way – Complete a scenario on challenging difficulty
- Say no to Darkness – Defeat Lord Karthor
- 5 Stars in Black Forest – Achieve 5 Stars in Black Forest
- Black Forest – Complete the Black Forest scenario
- Blow em Up! – Destroy the UFO in Las Vegas (go to the top floor of the Vegas hotel and rotate the camera left over the desert, the UFO can be clicked once seen)
- HR Nightmare – Have at least 150 hired staff at your hotel (can be done on a completed hotel or on a specific save, have to upgrade the hotel fully and keep adding staff as time goes by, there are a maxed number of applicants so this can’t be done in a day)
