Persona 3 Reload Straw Millionaire Guide
This task is available beginning on July 23 but must be completed by August 31 or it will expire. Keep this in mind when organising what tasks to complete and when.
Go to Port Island station and find a man with an exclamation mark above his head, he will be in an alley behind the station. Speak to him and receive the item for the next person you’ll need to find.
With this item in hand, go from the alley to the main part of Port Island station and speak to the student with an exclamation mark over their head. Speak to him and give the item you received in the alley to gain the next item you’ll need in return.
With this item in hand you only have one more person to find, go to Wilduck Burger and speak to the Cat-Loving Boy in front of the store. Speaking to them will provide you with a cat-ear headband that can be given to Elizabeth to complete this quest.
