Swordsman Stats
The Swordsman is a balanced character with a maximum of 500 health points, 95 damage, ok defense, ok attack speed, and decent range. It has a 100 piercing stat which is the most important stat to build around.
Traits
Vanguard 1 and Collateral Damage 1 will improve your range of effect for attacks, which is a great add-on for the 100 pierce stat.
Quick Hands 3 as always is a good addition as it improves your attack speed and makes you more effective at destroying enemies.
Ruthlessness 1 offers a critical damage bonus which can be added to Cunning Technique 1 to improve your chances and effectiveness of critical hits.
Close out with Metabolism 2 (strong) which offers health regeneration abilities.
Abilities
Lightning Strike is as overpowered as ever and when paired with Phantom Needles can prevent enemies from overwhelming you.
Items
The quickhand gloves will further improve this build.
The Wind Crown is always a perfect choice to improve any build.
The copper ring will offer a boost to your critical attacks which will build on the Ruthlessness and Technique traits to give you lethal critical hits.
