Does South Park Snow Day Support Cross Play?

Currently, South Park Snow Day does not support Cross Play, despite releasing on multiple platforms like PC, Switch, and PS/Xbox, it can only play co-op on the same family of consoles. Meaning you and any friends will have to own a copy of the game and the same console to play.

This also means there is no form of cross-progression available for those who play on different consoles with each one being an independent save file.
