This F1 25 China setup guide will detail how best to fine-tune the car for one of the opening races of the season. Car setups are a common mechanic across F1 and F1 Manager with each track having its own quirks to tune to in order to improve performance. That is why I’ll be going through each track and explaining the best settings to use. F1 25 is the latest addition to the annual EA/Codemasters release and has released on Steam and other sites to a very strong reception from players.

F1 25 China Setup Walkthrough
Track Dynamics
The Shanghai track has a very tough corner right at the beginning of the lap, but the back end is full of fast sections for overtaking opportunities.
Aerodynamics
Front wing aero goes to 26 with rear wing set to 23, this keeps the car loose for turns but should keep it rigid enough to handle the notorious first corner.
Transmission
On Throttle is set to 90, while off throttle can go down all the way to 10. Engine braking at 50. The lower off throttle takes the turns into consideration and should help on sharper ones.
Suspension Geometry
Very few changes here as usual lowest Front and Rear camber angles. Front toe at 0.0 with rear set to a slightly changed 0.1
Suspension
Suspension settings go as follows:
- Front S: 37
- Rear S: 1
- Front Anti-Roll: 1
- Rear Anti-Roll: 7
- Front Height: 22
- Rear Height: 45
The lower anti-roll bars will make the car fairly easy to manoeuvre around turns but will force you to keep control, especially the rear of the car which has low suspension and a low anti-roll bar.
Brakes
Brake pressure is a 100 with braking bias of 53
Tyres
Both front tyres go to 26 pressure while the rear goes to 22, these are slightly lower than the usual meta for F1 but should make for an easier time on this particular track.
