How to Unlock
When beginning a game you will be prompted to either take pills or not. If you choose to take the pills the entire game will change and you will be playing the harder Double or Nothing mode. If you don’t take the pills there’s no way to enable Doube or Nothing mode that I know of.
Gameplay Changes
This mode comes with additional exclusive items like a Burner Phone, Expired Medicine, Adrenaline, and Inverter which add multiple new layers to the gameplay due to their effects.
A random array of items is provided at the start of a round. Charges are also randomised to make everything change from one round to the next. This mode acts as an endless mode so you will keep going and “doubling” your winnings until you lose and have to start from the beginning.
