One of the more notable changes between Persona 3 and Persona 3 Reload is some changes to the Tartarus Bosses. In the third block, you will have to take on the Fleetfooted Cavalry as the final opposition. This Fleetfooted Cavalry guide will have tips, level details, and weaknesses for the boss.

Fleetfooted Cavalry Guide for Persona 3 Reload

Where and When

You will fight this boss on Floor 60 of Tartarus in the Arqa block. There is only one enemy to fight with no supports and you will likely have some flexibility for the team you bring.

Strengths and Weaknesses

This boss has no weaknesses to exploit. It completely drains Wind attacks and nullifies both light and dark attacks. It is neutral to every other element and all physical damage.

Level

There’s no clear indication of what level this boss is but keeping with my ongoing theory that you should have one level gained for every 2.5 floors, this fight will require a team around Level 24.

Tips

The optimal lineup for this battle is MC, Akihiko, Mitsuru, Yukari. This should provide enough attack power and debuff abilities to counter the Fleetfooted Cavalry.

The key is to endure the physical attacks which can either be done by buffing your team’s defence, healing consistently, or rebuffing the boss.

It doesn’t throw in anything out of left field so keep on top of your health and the combined attack power of Mitsuru, Akihiko, and the MC will be enough to win the fight.
