This request becomes available on June 10 and expires on July 5 so there’s a few weeks where you can actually do it. As always, I would recommend accepting and activating the request before following the steps just to make sure the game provides any necessary prompts.

At Club Escapade there is an accessory dealer at the bar. You can buy a pair of special glasses for a rather high price which will complete the request. Alternatively, if you give him some Black Quartz which can be found in Tartarus then the glasses will be discounted to 10,000 yen which is a more attainable price.

Once you buy the glasses, bring them to Elizabeth to complete the request and receive your rewards for the quest.
