This request is available from July 9 and has no deadline meaning it can be completed at your own leisure. I would always recommend accepting and activating the request before following these steps to ensure the game provides all the necessary prompts.
First step is to buy the School X Site note from the suspicious man inside Club Escapade. With this note in your possession use the computer in the dorm in the evening and it will allow you to unlock some additional items on the school menu.
At the school’s cafeteria, you should now be able to buy something called Lukewarm Taiyaki. When back in the dorm put this Taiyaki in the fridge to chill it. When it becomes Chilled Taiyaki you can take it to Elizabeth to complete the request and get your rewards.
