This request unlocks on September 10 and doesn’t appear to have a hard deadline meaning you can complete it at your convenience.

For this specific request what Elizabeth is actually looking for is something called an Anatomic Model. This is actually easier to get than you’d think as Gekkoukan High has one that they’re trying to get rid of.

From wherever you met Elizabeth, head back to the school and go up to the first floor Laboratory. Interact with the door and you’ll hear teachers talk about throwing the model away, interact again to go in and ask for it and the teacher will ask if you’d like to adopt the model.

With the Creepy Doll in your possession, bring it back to Elizabeth and complete the quest.
