Swift Axle Guide for Persona 3 Reload

Where and When

The Swift Axle boss is found on Floor 17 of Tartarus, there will only be one to fight using the original SEES squad.

Strengths and Weaknesses

This enemy is strong against strike and slash attacks, marking one of the first times this issue crops up in the Tartarus bosses. It is only weak to electric attacks but won’t have any boosts against other elements.

Level

By this point you should aim to be at level 10 in order to compete with this boss, although this may fluctuate on the harder difficulties. There’s nothing known about what level the boss is but it’s tough so the higher the better.

Tips

This is a battle that will be won or lost before you even start. If the MC has a persona capable of using Zio then it becomes a much easier occasion.

If not, then you’re in for more tedious fight as you will have to use Yukari and the MC to whittle the enemy down while either making Junpei guard or healing him consistently.

Your strategy with a Zio wielder is to have the MC dole out damage while Yukari takes the spot as healer. If not, then it becomes a team effort to protect Junpei and whittle down the boss.
