Where and When

You will come across this fight on floor 5 of Tartarus, making it the first boss in the game’s main dungeon system. There are two enemies and you will battle with the original SEES members.

Strengths and Weaknesses

The Ruthless Ice Ravens aren’t super strong against anything, there are no attacks that they repel, drain, or nullify. It is however strong against ice and resists those attacks. They are also weak against fire.

Level

It is currently not known what level the Ruthless Ice Raven enemy is, it is recommended that the SEES team have levels of 4+ for this fight.

Tips

Use Junpei and his Agi to take down the enemies and use all out attacks to exploit their weakness.

I would recommend getting Apsaras for the main character so you can have a Persona that’s strong against ice, which will limit the fire power of the bosses and keep at least two characters in the fight.

If you feel complacent, you can also give the main character Orpheus and use a double dose of Agi attacks but that’s up to each player to decide themselves.
