Brotato Sick Build Tips

Character Type

The Sick character isn’t the most tricky to deal with but it is far from ordinary at the same time. It has a 25% boost to life steal and a 12 HP boost but it takes 1 hit of damage per second and starts with 100 HP regeneration. This means that your entire game relies on stealing enough HP from enemies to offset the per-second damage and any enemy attacks.

Upgrade

Increasing Ranged Damage, %damage, attack speed, crit chance, and normal damage is the main focus on upgrades. These will all give you a better chance of restocking HP, especially the attack speed and ranged numbers. Speed is another one to put points toward, mainly later in the game as this will keep you out of enemy reach.

Weapons

A mix of pistols and SMGs is the best arsenal of weapons. Having six on the go means you’ll be blasting away for the duration of a run, the SMG especially has a better firing rate than the pistol and can be useful in regenerating your HP.

As you progress to the later rounds try to work in some Miniguns as they’re even better than the SMGs.

Items

There’s a mix of items that can be used to help this build win. The first is a Cute Monkey, if available this gives you a small chance of regaining HP whenever you collect materials which can be useful for the heavier swarms, especially if you have decent luck stats.

Wings, Ricochet, Alloy, Bandana, Wisdom, and either a Butterfly or Ritual can also be useful. There’s quite a mix of buffs there but the main focus is on increasing damage output and pierce damage.
