Rogue Waters Captain Cutter Walkthrough

Captain Cutter has three different skill paths available due to the game’s three-class nature. Cutter can pick from Swashbuckler, Commander, and Shepherd.

On the Swashbuckler path pick up the Pistol and then shift to the left side of the tree for the skills there. This is the ideal plan to get a Pistol early before getting the better skills for battle which are on the Retaliate end.

The Commander one is really key, this allows you to make Captain Cutter into a healer by fully levelling the left side of the tree. By only having one crew healer and making Cutter a second one you can pack in an additional unit to either add damage or tactical flexibility. If you’re reading this too late and already have two healers then the right side of the tree is fine for the additional movement it allows but healing is preferred.

On Shepherd it’s a similar run of sticking to the left side as this provides a boost to all of the key stats like health, movement, damage etc.
