- Scavengers – Unlock with 5 stars: Killing enemies replenishes ammo
- Brain Expanders – Unlock with 10 stars: Enemies heads grow bigger
- Holy Sandals – Unlock with 15 stars: You get to resurrect 1 time and can walk on water
- Detonators – Unlock with 20 stars: Kicking a door will make it explode
- Uppercutters – Unlock with 25 stars: Kicks now hit an uppercut instead
- Soul Suckers – Unlock with 30 stars: You have more HP but it will degenerate until you kill an enemy
- Thrusters – Unlock with 35 stars: Allows you to fly for a short time by holding your jump in mid-air
- Stilettos – Unlock with 40 stars: Regular bullets only stun, throws kill
- Revengers – Unlock with 45 stars: Kicked enemies will explode!
- Floaties – Unlock with 50 stars: Zero Gravity is enabled
- Firefighters – Unlock with 55 stars: You become immune to both fire and explosion damage, rocket jumps provide extra thrust too
- Size Threes – Unlock with 60 stars: Your height is reduced
- Pumped Kicks – Unlock with 65 stars: Every weapon acts like a shotgun
- Rage Runners – Unlock with 70 stars: Kicking doors provides a short rage boost which makes you move and attack faster
- Gamblers – Unlock with 75 stars: When an enemy is killed they will drop a random weapon
- Clown Shoes – Unlock with 80 stars: Circus sounds and confetti come from the player while enemies deflate like balloons when killed
- Fly Whisperers – Unlock with 85 stars: Kicked flies become allies and will fly around enemies instead
- Plakkies – Unlock with 90 stars: You can slide while moving but your accuracy is reduced, drinking beer makes you sober up and reduces the impact
- Boomers – Unlock with 95 stars: Retro screen effects and a health bar becomes visible
- Chargers – Unlocked by playing campaign: Allows you to perform a slide kick
- Flash Kickers – Unlocked by playing campaign: You can jump and kick to unleash a rapid set of kicks and a short burst of flight
- Timestoppers – Unlocked by playing campaign: Time slows down when you kick a door
