One of the tougher full moon bosses in Persona 3 Reload is a double-header against the Fortune and Strength arcana. This can be a massively difficult fight due to the fact that there are two enemies and Fortune has a roulette wheel which can cause a number of effects. In this Fortune & Strength boss guide, I will be looking at the boss level, recommended player levels and other weaknesses and tips to beat the shadow.

Strengths & Weaknesses
Arcana Fortune completely drains Fire, Ice, Wind, and Light attacks but is weak to Electric elemental attacks and strike damage. No status effects can impact it.
Arcana Strength resists all three forms of physical damage but doesn’t drain or nullify them completely. It is neutral to all elemental attacks and status effects have no impact on it.
Levels
Arcana Fortune is Level 46 with 3,000 HP and a 50 Luck stat. Arcana Strength is a Level 48 enemy who has 5,500 HP with a high endurance stat. Recommended player level is to be in the region of these two enemies with a range of 45-50 being suitable.
Tips
Arcana Fortune can use Wind attacks so Junpei is vulnerable to being knocked down and eliminated rather quickly. Aigis has a wealth of physical attacks but those are not really effective against Arcana Strength so leave those two out of the party entirely.
This leaves MC, Aikhiko, Yukari, Mitsuru as one of the few teams that will work.
You can only attack Strength initially so you’ll have to focus on defeating it while hoping to minimise the damage of Fortune by having Persona and members who won’t be effected by wind attacks.
Beating Strength is a matter of using your best elemental attacks to weaken it or by debuffing it to make it less powerful and a worse defender. The big issue is the fortune wheel that comes by every turn which can have some lethal impact on your team so beating Strength as quick as possible is the primary objective.
Using Theurgy attacks you can deal massive damage to Strength which can help you kill it faster.
All the while, you’ll have to heal as much as possible to remain above 300Hp with each character as the Fortune Wheel can land on a square that will deal 300 damage to every member of your party. Being prepared for this with healers and revival items is the best way to survive the battle.
If you can survive the Fortune Wheel’s phases and defeat the Strength arcana then the rest of the fight is relatively easy as Fortune is weak to two different attacks, meaning it can be hit with All Out Attacks to take away chunks of health.
