- Epic – Complete Epic-tier pattern
- One Punch Man – Reach the target score in a single play
- Impossible! – Activate a pattern that doesn’t exist in real life
- Super Long Hand – Have 18 or more tiles in hand
- Foot-in-the-door – Win a game
- Margin of Error – Lose a game by 1% or less
- Legendary – Complete a Legendary-tier higher pattern
- Rainbow – Earn $12 in Aotenjo rewards
- Black Cleaver – Make the fire axe provide a 20-fan bonus
- Master Cheat – Have 8 or more altered tiles in your final hand
- The Die is Cast – Form a complete hand using aka tiles
- Jade Artisan – Upgrade a Jade Tile to max
- Titanium Coffin – Lose a game while carrying more than 100 coins
- Three-Colored Mask – Trigger Tricolor Flower and Sichuan Lian Pu at the same time
- Mahjong Savior – Win a game using four different starting sets
- Artifact Collector – Purchase each artifact
- Precision Guidance – Score exactly the targeted amount of points
- Movable Type Printing – Play three or more honor tiles in one move
- Drowning in Debt – Accumulate at least 50 debt coins
- Lucky Dice – Own both Lead Block and three dice at the same time
- Hallucination – Activate the ‘All Green’ pattern without using bamboo or character tiles
- Origami immortal – Own 5 different types of Orizuru at once
- Patchouli Knowledge – Activate every different pattern
- Grand Master – Win a game on Heaven difficulty or higher using every different Mahjong set
- Professional – Win a game on Heaven difficulty
- Amateur – Win a game on Human difficulty
- Master of Tricks – Use all kinds of gadgets at least once
- Museum – Have the Collector’s Amulet collect 4 or more different tile types in one move
- Mahjong League Rules-A – Win a game using bamboo Mahjong without playing any aka tiles or revealing extra indicator tiles
- Expert at waiting for the last tile – Trigger the effect of the Cake Hand 7 or more times in a single play
- Pirate King – Obtain the super jackpot from a Pirate Treasure Chest
- Unrivaled – Win a game without discarding any tiles
- Magnetic Disruption – Own Magnetite Sample, Compass, and 5 Magnets at once
- Load-Bearing Expert – Win a game while having more than 200 mahjong tiles
- Bankrupt – Win a game while having a negative balance
- Mahjong Conservationist – Win a game without destroying any Mahjong tiles
- Minimalist – Start a round with fewer than 13 tiles in hand
