F1 24 Austria Setup Walkthrough

Track Characteristics

This is a faster track than most and is one of the most enjoyable to run as a player. It has enough DRS zones and fast corners to keep you flying around the track. No track is easy and this has some stuff that can trip you up but largely it’s best to set up to take advantage of the high speed potential.

Aerodynamics

Front Wing can go to 36 while the rear wing goes to 22. This will keep you going quick while also providing enough downforce to deal with elevation changes and turns.

Transmission

The engine braking can be up to 100 while the on throttle differential is 30 and the off throttle is 20. These will give you enough leeway to take turns the best you can.

Suspension Geometry

Camber angles once again at the lowest with the front at -3.5 and the rear at -2.2. The toe settings can be moved to 0.05

Suspension

The following Suspension settings are the best possible for this track:

  • Front Suspension: 40
  • Rear Suspension: 15
  • Front Anti-Roll: 1
  • Rear Anti-Roll: 1
  • Front Ride Height: 30
  • Rear Ride Height: 60

The Anti-Roll is so low because of the higher paced turns, low roll settings lets you take them pretty easily. The other options will keep the car loose enough for this specific track without sacrificing stability.

Braking

Brake pressure at 100 and bias at 55.

Tyres

Tyre Pressure for this one can stick to the established working meta of 29.5 front tyers and 26.5 rear tyre pressure. As mentioned before, this will work for most tracks with some having better optimisation options.
