Soulmask Ice Tips

Ice is used primarily in a food storage freezer which can prevent your food from going bad, which is a very useful mechanic as the game progresses and your trips get longer. This freezer requires ice to remain operational which is where some have had trouble.

The way to get Ice to keep the freezer going is to head to the Snow Mountain biome. In the area around the teleporter there you will be able to find a number of nodes that can be mined with a pickaxe to provide you with chunks of Ice. These are located in a freezing cold lake near the teleporter, you’ll definitely notice the blocks of Ice when you arrive.

You can also get Ice from chests in the snowy biome, especially from barracks but this is more tedious and requires you to be strong enough to take the enemies out.
