Valheim Ashlands Biome Guide

This Valheim Ashlands Biome guide will detail how to get to the game’s newly added biome. The heat of the water destroys most normal boats before they can reach the biome which has left some players wondering what they can do. Valheim is in an extended period of Early Access and still receives updates. It has been well-received over on Steam from those who have played it.

Valheim Ashlands Biome Walkthrough

You can only use a boat to get to those biome, a lot of the newer biomes have a similar quirk as they can only be accessed by the seas. The water around the Ashlands, given it has an aura of heat about it, is too hot for normal boats to sail safely.

The only way to reach this biome is to build a newly added boat called the Drakkar. This requires the following materials:

  • 100 Iron Nails
  • 50 Fine Wood
  • 30 Ceramic Plate
  • 25 Yggdrasil Wood

With this boat, you won’t have to worry about the water but you will still have to deal with rocks in your way and the potential threat of Sea Serpants and some flying enemies.
