One of the tougher full moon bosses in Persona 3 Reload is a double-header against the Chariot and Justice arcana. This can be a massively difficult fight due to the fact that there are two enemies and they have multiple phases including one where they merge into a tank. In this Chariot & Justice boss guide, I will be looking at the boss level, recommended player levels and other weaknesses and tips to beat the shadow.

Chariot & Justice Boss Guide – Persona 3 Reload
Strenghts & Weaknesses
When in tank form, this boss resists every single element and physical attack. When it splits, the Chariot enemy resists physical strikes but is neutral to all elemental attacks. On the flip side, the Justice enemy resists elemental attacks but is neutral to physical strikes.
Levels
In Persona 3 base and Portable, these enemies were Level 31 but their high HP and phases meant that players often had to go in at Level 33 or above to get anything out of the fight. I don’t fully know how well that rule of thumb translates to Reload but I’d stick with Level 33 as a baseline.
Tips
So first things first, YOU HAVE TO kill both enemies in the same turn. If you don’t they can revive one another and keep the battle going in a neverending cycle of torment.
When the enemies are in tank form it is almost useless to do anything other than use Theurgy Skills as these powerful hits can lead to a quicker split.
The Justice boss has a lethal Mahama attack which can one-hit KO a part member so either bring a persona that resists light attacks or have the necessary items to recover from this setback. As far as I know, there’s never been a way to have a null light ability at this stage of the game so there’s an element of luck involved here.
The best lineup to use is MC, Aigis, Junpei, Yukari. This allows for some versatility in attacks as well as debuffs/healing. Aigis and Junpei are strong physical fighters so they can focus no one enemy, while Yukari and the MC use elements to chip away at the other.
If you have enough SP, do multi-attacks all the time to hit both enemies, unless you have a much stronger singular attack. The bosses may resist elements but they don’t completely null them so they will take some damage no matter what.
