One of the more notable changes between Persona 3 and Persona 3 Reload is some changes to the Tartarus Bosses. In the second block, this change sees you combat the Heretic Magus instead of the Magical Magus being saved for later floors like in the base Persona 3 title. This Heretic Magus guide will have tips, level details, and weaknesses for the boss.

Heretic Magus Guide for Persona 3 Reload
Where and When
This boss is met on Floor 35 of Tartarus. You will face one Magus and two smaller table enemies who are offering support but should be easy enough to take out.
Strenths and Weaknesses
The Heretic Magus is weak to electricity attacks but completely resists wind. There are no other elements to worry about as they’re all neutral.
The two Greivous Tables summoned for support are weak to ice but completely null the impacts of fire attacks. Everything else is neutral.
Level
Being anywhere around level 15 should be enough to win this fight but you can probably be a tad weaker as there are elements to exploit fully to weaken the enemies.
Tips
Wait until Akihiko is available to do this fight so you can take a fourth member, specifically one who can use electric attacks
The MC should be the one to bring a Persona capable of using ice, no other team member can use Bufu which will knock down the tables.
Junpei and Yukari won’t have much to do but Junpei is a liability due to his weaknesses, get him to guard or leave him out entieley while Yukari can be the healer or use items to cure the poison inflicted by the Grievous Table.
