Demonologist, much like Phasmaphobia before it, is a horror-influenced game where you or a group are tasked with hunting the paranormal. In this guide, I will be detailing what spirit box questions are useable and what they can tell you.

Spirit Box Questions for Demonologist

The spirit box allows the players to engage with the ghosts. By using this tool you can, in theory, ask the ghosts whatever you want and expect some kind of response. In practicality, this isn’t the case as you can only use a set amount of phrases to communicate. The useable questions are as follows:

  • Can you talk?
  • Can you speak?
  • What is your name?
  • Where are you?
  • When did you die?

Not every ghost will even respond, but this in itself is a clue. As can be seen in our ghost type list, the evidence for some ghosts is the Spirit Box, meaning if your spirit box questions get a response it can be narrowed down to one of those creatures.

That is our look at the useable questions for the spirit box in Demonologist. What other Demonologist content would you like to see from us? Did we leave anything out of our list? Be sure to let us know.
