The latest update to Disney Dreamlight Valley brought Mirabel to the village. With a new character comes a host of new quests including one in which the layer is tasked with helping her make Bunuelos to help her remember the taste of home. In this article, I will be looking at the Bunuelos recipe and the mystery ingredient so you can make them without any hassle.

Bunuelos Recipe Disney Dreamlight Valley
Secret Ingredient
The hard part of this quest is figuring out the mystery ingredient. Mirabel can remember a large chunk of the Bunuelos recipe, but not one key ingredient. Via Remy, the game will provide you with some clues to identify what the ingredient is. The hints are as follows:
- Salty, but not meat or a vegetable
- Closely related to another ingredient
- Sold at Chez Remy
So…not exactly the greatest clues in the world. Turns out the missing ingredient is CHEESE, yep Cheese is salty!.
Getting The Ingredients
So the four ingredients needed to make the Bunuelos are Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Cheese. Wheat can be grown pretty quickly using seeds from Goofy’s stall while the other three can all be bought from Remy.
Make and Bring to Mirabel
Plonk those four ingredients into a stove and you’ll have some delicious treats to bring to Mirabel. Upon bringing them to her, she will provide you with more details on how to complete the next step of her quest.
