The note for this specific puzzle has some hints to keep an eye out for. It mentions in curved writing an unordered pile of stones. There is then a quote that contains the key hint “nature will lead me through stacking stones”. The last hint is the mention of a mural in the background, this gives us all the tips we need to complete the puzzle.
First open the Mural PNG, then place the large stone atop it’s window. Keep these open and stack the windows for a medium stone and small stone on top of the window for the large stone.
A new note will open that mentions the balancing of the stones has cracked them, unveiling a way through the mural and on to puzzle 10.
