- Good Doggy – Pet the Dog
- Egg of the Earth – Complete an Area
- Key of the Mind – Find an Emerald Key
- Itchy – Find a Tick (Level 2)
- Place of Remembrance – Visit a Church
- Outside the Fold – Discover a Transient Area (visit any bonus level)
- Good Doggy? – Open the dog (hit it with a hammer or pet it until it reveals its true form)
- Deeper Down – Descend to a lower area
- Generational Trauma – Get crushed in the factory
- Awoken – Reach the centre
- Wrong Number – Make a Phone call (Dial 5464 on the phone)
- Meanwhile… – View the Epilogue (go through the epilogue)
- Last Song – Listen to Psychopomp’s Song (listen to the song in the main menu when prompted)
- What’s your name? – Remember the Distant Past (must collect all of the emerald keys to unlock this one)
- Tracing the Fabric – Play with a Mod! (enter the game, click the mod button and add any file)
- I Hate Needles – Complete a level without Healing
- Broken Locale – Visit an Aberrant Location
- PeacefulPomp – Complete a Level without using the hammer (some might think level 1 is the easiest for this but Level 5 poses less of a challenge)
