2. Kylian Mbappe
A former PSG man, Mbappe made a high profile move to Real Madrid and continued his trajectory from there. HIs 92 dribbling and 97 pace will make him quite the addition in this year’s game.
3. Aitana Bonmati
Considered by many to be the best women’s footballer in the world, Bonmati epitomises what Barcelona are all about. Her technical abilities are second to none with an 86 passing rating and her 91 dribbling.
4. Debinha
Heading over to the NWSL for our second women’s player. Debinha represents the Brazilian national team and plies her trade in the ever-interesting NWSL. With 91 dribbling she’s considered to be on Bonmati’s level with the ball at her feet.
5. Vini Jr.
Possibly one of the more controversial ratings of the year, Vini Jr. has been adjusting to a new system under Xabi Alonso while the Brazilian national team continues to underperform. These real-life dips have seen him get a 91 dribbling score in this year’s release.

After his high profile move to Real Madrid, things quietened a bit for Jude Bellingham. He remains a strong player in this one with 90 dribbling but it definitely feels like his peers are outdoing him at every turn.
9. Mariona Caldentey
Another women’s name, this time playing for Arsenal in the WSL. She is a former Barcelona player which explains her technical skills. She’s been a regular presence in Arsenal’s midfield as they’ve surged to life under Renee Siegers and won the Women’s Champions League. Her dribbling rating is a 90.
10. Desire Doue
Breakout star of the PSG team, Doue is a tricky winger they picked up within Ligue 1. His rating will likely go up as the team continues to strengthen as time goes on with Doue’s ball-carrying on the wing being a big reason for their success. His dribbling rating is a 90 in this year’s release.
