That’s Not My Neighbor Endings Walkthrough

Six Feet Under

This ending is achieved by being utterly terrible at your job. You’ll have to just let anyone in, even doppelgangers. Doing this will cause chaos within the apartment and lead to the doppelgangers taking control of the building and eventually killing you.

Entitled to One Call

This ending is gotten by killing the normal residents who try to enter the building by calling the D.D.D. By intentionally dwindling the number of actual humans the D.D.D will eventually catch on to your actions and arrest you for failure to do your duties.

Just Like Henry

Mostly the default ending, this will be the end result of a normal playthrough where there’s some slip-ups but enough correct decisions to keep the building alive.

Conspiracy Theorist

To get this ending you have to play through properly but target the man known as Dr. Afton. You’ll learn that he can’t be killed due to connections to the D.D.D and trying to get rid of him will see your character get taken away in a body bag. This ending wouldn’t make much sense on a normal playthrough.

On Nightmare Mode, it becomes more clear that Afton is one of the main people responsible for the outbreak of Doppelgangers and thus any attempts to kill him will get you in trouble.

Model Employee

Definitely the hardest of the That’s Not My Neighbor Endings requires you to be perfect, seperate all doppelgangers from their normal versions and make no mistakes. This is a difficult ending to achieve because there’s no cheat sheet, the randomised nature of the visits means you can’t just use a guide, you have to use your own powers of deduction.
