Heart of The Machine Engineering Tips
Engineering is a skill that can pay massive dividends in Heart of the Machine and there’s a few ways to maximise your skill advancement. The first one is to pick the best android. The Technician and Raven start with higher base Engineering and have 2 augment slots to boost it further.
With the 2 augment slots you can equip additional CPUs which can offer a boost of 60 each to the engineering which means you can add up to 120 to the skill if you use both augment slots on CPUs.
You can then get some last improvements to the Engineering skill by completing different tasks in the game. Helping out the AGI researchers offers you four choices, two of which leading to engineering stat increases. You can also create the Organometallic Form by building the Nemesis for the Wastelanders and unlocking the ability to craft mimics.
The last way is making contact with the wastelanders and following the Is It Justice Route before completing the contemplation to Discover Gadolinium Mesosilicate.
