Dustland Delivery Virtue Tips

Virtue as a stat shows when your character has behaved with a high moral standard. This stat comes in handy for specific strands of gameplay and interactions so I’ll be looking at how to improve your Virtue and what it can impact.

Virtue is a point that you can gain or lose based on your own decisions. There will be points where you’re given a decision like meeting a sole merchant, you can decide to trade with the merchant, leave them alone, or rob them. Choosing the option to rob will lose you Virtue points while choosing one of the more moral options will gain virtue.

After these interactions, you’ll be given notice as to whether you have gained or lost Virtue so you can keep track of things.

This extends to how you go about completing quests where helping people or following the rules will improve the stat while hurting or tricking anyone can decrease it.

The reason this is important is there’s certain interactions which will require a certain level of Virtue to get a good outcome. The best case scenario will require a high enough level to select it. There are also some characters within towns who won’t talk to you unless you’ve got a high enough Virtue stat.
